You can still have a huge impact by sponsoring the first weeks of care for a kitten, puppy, cat, or dog while they prepare for adoption.

What Your Sponsorship Supports

Your gift helps cover a portion of the rescue’s costs while animals grow, heal, and get ready for their forever homes. During this time, they typically receive:

  • Age-appropriate wellness exams
  • Vaccinations
  • Parasite treatment and prevention (like de-wormer)
  • Flea and tick prevention
  • Spay/neuter surgery (when age/weight appropriate)
  • Microchipping prior to adoption

This level of care adds up quickly. Your sponsorship helps the rescue say “yes” to more animals who need a safe place to land.

What You Can Expect as a Sponsor

When you sponsor an animal:

  • Your donation will be applied directly to that animal’s care.
  • The rescue may share photos and updates as they reach milestones and move toward adoption.
  • You can choose to have your name displayed alongside your sponsored animal’s photo (if the rescue offers this option).
